Coming out of the Imperial College Business School, psidon.ai was setup by two MBA students, Eileen Elsner and Euan Freeman, and David Soh, studying Service Design at the Royal College of Arts.
Eileen Elsner – Co-Founder

Creative, technical, and results-driven advertising professional with 11+ years of experience in Ad Tech and Big Tech across all digital channels, including 4+ years specializing in CTV product development and partnerships in multiple markets. Proven success in leading product strategies from conceptualization to market launch, driving adoption and revenue growth in both emerging and advanced markets. Experienced program manager, certified Agile Project Manager and currently pursuing a part-time MBA. Excels in cross-functional and international work having worked in both Europe and the US.
Euan Freeman – Founder
Coming out university to work in one of the world’s leading engineering consultancy led to rapid progress through the business taking on large project management and delivery roles with many of the big players in the automotive and power industries.
Now a versatile technology and product leader with over 20 years’ experience across different industries, including F1, MotoGP, Powerboats and Green Tech. Guides ideas through full product life cycle through agile, cross-functional leadership, focussed on solution delivery and stakeholder support.
The idea for the company came from experience running a fleet of boats for a outboard product and seeing the potential power in using data to help boat owners have a more pleasurable experience. Working with Eileen and David helped to form that initial idea into PSIDON

David Soh – Co-Founder

Prior to coming to the UK to study, David had a wide range of experience across multiples sectors including governmental service, military and the hospitality industry.
Pursuing a Master of Arts in Service Design at the Royal College of Art, complemented by MBA electives in design-led innovation and entrepreneurial studies from London Business School and Imperial College London. Currently working as a Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London, contributing to the Design for Real People course within the Computer Science program. Core strengths include systems design, creative direction, and social media optimisation, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration between design and technology domains.
